催化动力学光度法测定茶叶中硒浸出率 被引量:4

摘要 在盐酸介质中,硒(Ⅳ)能强烈催化溴酸钾氧化亚甲基蓝使之褪色,据此建立测定痕量硒(Ⅳ)的催化动力学光度法,在选定的条件下,硒(Ⅳ)的测定线性范围为0~0.6μg/50mL,检出限3.63×10-10g/mL。本实验通过催化动力学光度法可测出茶叶中原茶及冲泡后硒(Ⅳ)含量,计算可得茶叶中硒(Ⅳ)浸出率。通过对铁观音、绿茶、红茶进行测定,其浸出率分别为24.7%、25.3%、22.7%,结果令人满意。 In hydrochloric acid medium,Se(Ⅳ) powerfully catalyzes the oxidation of methylene blue by potassium bromate,causing methylene blue to fade.Based on this,a new catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method was developed in this study for determining trace Se(Ⅳ).Under given conditions,the linear range for Se(Ⅳ) determination was 0–0.6 μg/50 mL.The limit of detection of the developed method was 3.63×10-10g/mL.This method allowed the determination of Se(Ⅳ) content in original and infused tea so that the leach rates of Se(Ⅳ) from Tieguanyin,Green tea and Black tea in hot water could be calculated from both measured values as being 24.7%,25.3% and 22.7%,respectively.
