摘要
提出用可编程控制器对传统挤出换网装置进行改进,建立了一个简单的机头模型,用于设定机头压力上限值,对机头熔体流动情况和最佳换网时机进行判定和控制。还分析机头压力曲线在控制系统中作用,最后简述了人机交互的实现对换网装置自动化、智能化和人性化的提升。
The PLC(programmable logic controller) was applied to improve the traditional screen changer in extruder; the head model was established to determine the maximum limit, the melt flow conditions and the best time to change net were determined. The role of the head pressure curve of extrusion was analyzed. Finally, the realization of human-computer interaction which improved the automatic screen changer's intelligent and humane was briefly introduced.
