摘要
采用聚氯乙烯树脂(PVC)共混改性氟橡胶(FKM)。通过万能材料试验机、阿克隆磨耗仪等考察了二段硫化条件、FKM/PVC共混质量比和增容剂DCP对硫化胶的力学性能、耐磨、耐油、耐酸碱等性能的影响。结果表明,二次硫化温度为160℃、硫化时间为8 h时,共混胶具有较好的物理机械性能;FKM/PVC质量比为80/20时,可以得到综合性能较好的共混胶;DCP用量为1 phr时,增容效果最佳。
The fluorine rubber was modified by blending with PVC. The effect of post vulcanization conditions, FKM/PVC blends ratio and compatibilizer DCP on mechanical properties, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, oil resistance and other properties of blend were examined by the universal material testing machine, and Akron abrasion tester, etc. The results showed that, FKM/PVC blend with good performance were obtained when the post vulcanization temperature was at 160℃, vulcanization time was 8 h, FKM/PVC blend ratio was 80/20, and DCP content was 1 phr.
