摘要
目的探讨HPV16／18、NDRG1在宫颈癌组织中的表达情况及其临床意义。方法对宫颈癌组织块60例，正常宫颈组织30例。采用免疫组化法（S-P法）测定NDRG1蛋白以及应用原位杂交法检测HPv16／18N表达情况。结果HPV16／18NINDRG1在宫颈癌中阳性表达率为70％和53．33％，正常宫颈组织的6．67％和96．67％（P〈0．01）；NDRG1淋巴结转移者阳性表达率明显低于无转移者（P〈0．01）；HPV16／18和NDRG1在宫颈癌中的表达呈负相关（r=-0．476，-P〈0．01）。结论HPV16／18和NDRG1表达与宫颈病变良恶性有关；NDRG1可能为一个潜在的抑癌基因，HPV16／18N能通过抑制NDRG1的表达，通过促进肿瘤浸润、转移，从而促使宫颈细胞的恶性转化。
Objective To explore the expressions of HPV16/18, NDRG1 in cervical carcinomas and normal cervical epithelium tissue, and analyze the relationship between the expression and clinical pathology of cervical carcinomas. Methods The 60 cases of cervical carcinomas tissue paraffin were selected from hospital ofjiangyou city, and all pathologically validated. 30 cases of normal cervical epithelium tissue paraffin sections. We detected the expression of NDRG1 in cervical carcinomas, and normal cervical epithelium tissue by immunohistochemical SP method. The expression of HPV 16/18 was determined by hybridization in situ. Result The positive expressions of HPV16/18 and NDRG1 were 70%and 53.33% .respectively.There are significantly higher positive expression rates of HPV16/18 and NDRG1 than those in the control （ P〈0.01 ） . the positive expression rates of NDRG1 in human cervical carcinomas without lymph node metastasis were lower than those with lymph node metastasis （ P〈0.05 ） .The expression of HPV 16/18 positive related to NDRG 1 in cervical carcinomas （r=-0,476, P〈0.01 ） .Conclusion The expressions of HPV16/18, NDRGI had correlation with the development of cervical neoplasms. NDRG1 may be a new tumor suppress gene HPV16/18 may suppress NDRG1 that promote the development and progression of cervical lesions and bring a bad effects to the prognosis.
