摘要
目前粮库粮情检测技术落后导致粮食损失,为了降低粮库检测工作人员的劳动强度,设计了一种基于无线传感网络的粮库粮情检测系统。无线传感网络的组成核心无线网关节点和检测节点采用J ENNIC5139模块实现,检测节点将采样点的温度和湿度值通过无线方式传给网关节点,每个网关节点同时具有火灾烟雾检测报警功能,工作人员通过检测中心的上位机软件,可以方便地获得粮库温湿度数据与历史数据。该系统能有效降低粮食损失率,消除仓储的火灾隐患,并可以通过长期的数据积累,对仓储方法的改进提供可靠的研究数据。
The environment monitoring system of grain depot based on wireless sensor network is designed in order to solve the loss of grains, which is caused by the laggard monitoring technology, and reduce the labor intensity of monitoring staff. The wireless gateway node and monitoring node sensor which is the core of wireless network component are realized by JENIC5139 modules. The temperature and humidity of sample point will be passed to the gateway node by the monitoring node wirelessly. Each gateway node has monitoring alarm functions of fire and smog, and the staff can easily receive timely temperature and humidity data or data records of the grain depot through the host computer software in the monitoring center. The system is effective to reduce food loss, eliminate fire risks of warehouse, and provide reliable research data for the improvement of warehouse storage through long-term accumulated data.
