摘要
中国人寿研发中心F-05地块(数据中心)工程核心部位为地下室服务器机房,存在大量机电管线,可利用空间小,深化设计难度大。通过建立三维模型,在整个工程建设流程中使用一致的信息进行交流与实体建设,直观地了解所有机电管线所在位置,能提前解决管道交叉问题,提高了工程质量和工作效率。使用BIM系列软件建立建筑信息模型,主要解决管线交叉、材料提取、部分详图设计等功能,并逐步实现由二维设计图纸向三维建筑信息模型的转变。
Underground server machine room is the core part of China Life Center F-05 Block ( Data Center) project. There are many electromechanical pipelines but small vacant space, causing great difficulty for in-depth design. 3D model is established and uniform information is used for communication and practical construction during the whole engineering construction flow to directly show the positions of all electromeehanical pipelines. Crossed pipelines could be treated in advance to effectively improve engineering quality and construction efficiency. BIM series software is used to establish architectural information model which could realize such functions as crossing pipeline, material abstraction and partial detail design, and then to gradually realize transformation from plane design drawing to 3D architectural information model.
