摘要
首先对机组进行稳定性测试,通过测试数据分析和查找振动原因,同时对机组进行轴系状态和轴心运行轨迹分析,检测机组的轴线运行情况和导轴瓦间隙调整情况。最后通过对机组导轴瓦间隙进行了调整,并对发电机转予进行现场动平衡处理,较好地解决了发电机组的振动问题。
Through the stability test on the units and the analysis of the test data, the paper found out the vibration reasons and ana- lyzed the shaft obit and shaft condition, examined the shaft operation situation and the adjusts of the leading axe gap. At last, through adjusting the gap of the leading axe and handling the generator's rotor dynamic balance, the vibration problem had been solved.
