摘要
侦查效果虽然是常见的概念,却有着复杂的认识结构,包括认识主体、认识客体、认识关系。侦查效果是一种有层次的区分主体的地方化认识结果。认识论意义上的复杂性导致了侦查效果范畴的复杂性。由此衍生出了侦查效果的两个规律,即侦查主体需求和环境因素决定侦查效果的选择;侦查能力和社会治安情势决定侦查效果的实现程度。
Though a detection effect is a common conception,it has a complicated epistemological struc-ture,including a subject,an object and a relationship. The detection effect is a kind of the local epistemolog- ical result of distinguishing the subject in a logical sequence. The complexity in epistemology leads to the complicated range of the detection effect. Therefore, there are two regulations on the detection effect. Firstly,the requirement of a detection subject and environmental factors determine the choice of the detection effect. Secondly, the detection ability and the social security situation determine the realization of the detec- tion effect.
