摘要 为降低转炉冶炼渣料消耗,通过严把原料入厂关、提高白灰标准、转炉冶炼采用留渣操作、脱碳渣返回脱磷炉和溅渣护炉时使用生白云石调整炉渣的措施,已将转炉冶炼用渣料(白灰+轻烧白云石)消耗控制在39kg/t左右,初步实现了转炉少渣冶炼的生产模式。 In order to reduce the consumption of slags during converter smelting, many measures have been taken, such as having strict request to the raw materials, improving the lime standard converter smelting with remaining the slag, returning the decarbonizing slag to the dephosphoring furnace, using the dolomite to adjust the converter slag when spattering the slag to protect the converter, and so on. The consumption of converter slag ( lime + light burn dolomite) has been kept in about 39 kg/t. The production mode of converter smelting with slag generation reducinghas been first realized.
