高校基建规模的不断扩大,给高校基建财务管理工作带来空前压力,在现有基建财务管理制度不健全,基建财务、审计等管理人员不专业、不稳定的情况下,从完善财务制度、加强基建内审、培养高校基建专职人才等方面提出解决办法。
