摘要
构建以就业为导向的专业设置模式、以培养职业能力为宗旨的教学模式是现阶段高职院校的重点。市场营销学科是人力资源管理专业中的重要应用学科,传统教学模式培养的人才已难以适应市场,设计科学的教学势在必行。本文试图从培养方向以及改变传统课程模式方面来探讨一点市场营销学的教学改革思路。
It is the key to construct the professional setting mode of employment as the guidance and to develop vocational ability at present stage in higher vocational colleges . Marketing is an important application subject in human resources management major. Since the graduates trained by the traditional teaching mode have difficulty in adapting to the market ,it is imperative to design scientific teaching. This article attempts to study something about the teaching reform on marketing from the training direction and change of the traditional curriculum.
