摘要 研究了碳铬含量对碳铬系合金铸钢硬度、冲击韧性及耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明 ,碳铬系铸钢的耐磨性是高锰钢的1~2倍。碳量增加时 ,硬度及耐磨性提高 ,冲击韧性降低 ;当碳量增加相同铬量增加时 ,硬度变化不大 ,冲击韧性升高 ,耐磨性也有所提高。可以通过调整碳铬含量 ,实现硬度及韧性的良好配合以满足不同磨擦工况下易损件对力学性能的要求 ,达到最佳的耐磨效果。 Influence of carbon and chromium contents on the hardness and toughness and wearability of C-Cr alloy cast steels has been investgated.The wearability of the studied steels was one to two times than that of high managanese steel.When carbon content was increased ,the hardness increased and the toughness decreased and the wearability promoted;when chromium content was increased in same carbon content,the hardness was nearly unchanged and the toughness was increased and the wearability was increased slightly.The content of carbon and chromium was optimized to obtain proper mechanical properties,and to meet the requirements according to different work conditions.
