皮瓣移植术修复难愈性创面的围手术期护理 被引量：7

摘要 本文报告了对65例应用皮瓣移植术治疗难愈性创面患者的围手术期进行护理与观察。通过加强术前心理护理、负压创面疗法的护理、术区的检查与准备、术后密切观察患者全身状况和皮瓣移植术并发症等各种情况,特别是血液循环障碍的护理与观察,及时发现和处理,可提高皮瓣的成活率。皮瓣移植技术是修复难愈性创面的有效手段,合理的围手术期护理可提高皮瓣移植手术成功率。
