摘要
研究了叔氟乳液对阻尼材料性能的影响,并对制备的阻尼材料进行了傅里叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和动态力学性能(DMA)等表征。结果表明,叔碳键与氟碳键的引入,极大地改善了阻尼材料的成膜性和表面平整度。利用此乳液制备的阻尼材料,低温区损耗因子得到提高,并且在储能模量方面有大幅度的提高。
The influence of tert-fluoro emulsion on the modified performance of the damping materials was studied. The damping materials were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR), scanning elec- tron microscopy(SEM) and dynamic mechanical analyzers(DMA). The results show that the introduction of tertiary carbon and fluorine carbon improve the film-forming and surface smoothness of the damping material. The damping material including the tert-fluoro emulsion have a higher damping factor in the low temperature region, and have a higher energy storage modulus.
