摘要
以美专局收录的1991-2010年间与纳米技术相关的专利作为研究对象,综合考虑数量与质量、绝对与相对、自主研发与国际合作等三个层次的因素,建立了基于专利指标的技术创新能力评价体系,对世界主要国家(美国、日本、德国、中国)纳米技术创新能力进行研究。
This paper established a technology innovation capability evaluation system with a comprehensive consideration of three-level factors including quantity and quality, absolute and relative, and independent research and international collaboration. Based on USPTO nanotechnology patents in the period of 1991-2010, an evaluation system of nanotechnology innovation capability was built. At last, nano- technology innovation capabilities of several major countries ( US, Japan, Germany and China) in the world were studied using the pro- posed system.
