摘要
对高校高水平篮球队管理现状进行了调查分析,结果表明,高水平篮球运动员对自身文化水平、文化课学习、利益分配方面的满意程度较低,对运动训练、对自我发展期望的满意度呈分散趋势。文章提出拓宽高校高水平篮球运动员选材渠道,跟进完善选材体系,以"以人为本"的管理理念设立运动员目标管理原则,以"民主参与"与"心理平衡"原则设立运动员管理机制,加强教练队伍建设,组建有凝聚力的管理团队。
The analysis of status quo of management of high level college basketball teams showed that the basket ball players of the teams were not satisfied with their academic work and interest distribution.They held different at titudes towards training and self-development.Therefore,to reinforce the teams,ways and systems of selecting bas ketball talent should be broadened.Management by objectives for the players should be centered around the players themselves and democratic participation.The coach development and management teams should be strengthened.
