丹参注射液对重症急性胰腺炎患者血清血小板活化因子变化的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨丹参注射液对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)患者血清血小板活化因子(PAF)变化的影响。方法将50名患者按治疗方法的不同分为对照组(A组)和丹参治疗组(B组),各25例。比较两组患者治疗前后PAF水平。结果两组治疗前PAF水平差异无统计学意义(>0.05),治疗3、5及10d后差异均有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论丹参注射液可以通过降低SAP患者PAF水平,从而达到对SAP患者的治疗作用。
