基于FPGA的电压无功模糊控制器研制

摘要 抽油机负载的特殊性导致油田电网功率因数普遍偏低,一般采用固定无功补偿或动态无功补偿的方法提高功率因数。但在实际运行中发现,由于补偿后抽油机端电压上升导致系统无功需求及补偿电容无功输出均有变化,传统控制策略容易导致补偿电容频繁往复投切。此处通过分析模糊控制基本原理,参考合适的专家经验构建相应模糊控制规则表,从而将电压无功模糊控制策略应用到抽油机无功补偿控制器,设计了基于FPGA的电压无功模糊控制器,通过实验验证了该控制器的实用性。 Because of particularity of the load, the power factor is generally low in oil-field, and some oil-fields general assemble fixed reactive power compensation or dynamic reactive power compensation to raise the power factor.But after pumping units assembles reactive power compensation devices, the reactive power demands of the system and the reactive power outputs of the compensating capacitor change because the pumping units terminal voltage increases after compensation.Traditional control strategy often leads to compensation capacitor act frequently.This paper selects suitable expert experiences and forms look-up table of fuzzy control rules, applys voltage reactive power fuzzy control to compensation controller of pumping units through analyzing fuzzy control principle, designs the voltage reactive power fuzzy controller based on FPGA and proves its practicality.
