摘要
讨论了石材加工粉末废料生产建筑砌墙砖的原料配比、粒级组成、成型水分、成型压力和养护制度,确定了最佳工艺参数,探讨了制品强度机理。在最佳参数条件下,制品的抗压强度可达到10级砖以上标准。
According to discussing ratio of raw materials, the composition of grain size, molding moisture content, molding pressure and curing system about wailing bricks produced by powder waste accompanied by stone materials processing, the article determined the optimal parameters and analyzed the mechanism of product strength. Under the optimum parameters condition, the compressive strength of the products can be up to 10 bricks criteria.
