摘要
目的:探讨不同方丝在各牙位间的局部载荷挠曲率的情况。方法:用不锈钢尺加工制作托槽的固定板,对不同方丝按Kim标准弯制成MEAW弓丝中独立的"L"形曲。分析多曲方丝和镍钛方丝在各牙位间的局部载荷挠曲率的不同。结果:多曲方丝和镍钛方丝在3~4、4~5牙位间加载时、卸载时的局部载荷挠曲率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多曲方丝在前牙区局部载荷挠曲率较大,镍钛方丝在后牙区局部载荷挠曲率较大,临床上应根据两种方丝的不同特点,进行临床应用。
Objective To approach the different wire in different teeth between the local load deflection rate.Method Stainless steel ruler on the fixed bracket board production,On MEAW "L" curved bending,to analyze different wire in different teeth between the local load deflection rate.Results The Load deflection rat of loading,unloading of 3-4、4-5 tooth position of MEAW and NiTi were obviously difference,P0.05,the difference were statistical significance.Conclusion The MEAW in the anterior region of local load deflection rate,NiTi titanium wire in the posterior region of local load deflection rate,clinical department of stomatology should be based on two wire characteristics,clinical application.
