大跨高墩钢箱梁多点同步顶推技术 被引量:18

Multipoint Continuous and Synchronous Incremental Launching Technique for Long Span Steel Box Girder Supported by High-Rise Piers

摘要 武西高速公路桃花峪黄河大桥主桥为(160+406+160)m三跨自锚式悬索桥,钢箱梁架设采用多点连续同步顶推技术。该桥钢箱梁顶推距离为726m,顶推总重量为16 109t,支墩最大跨度82m,钢梁底距地面50m,顶推施工难度大。通过合理布置临时墩和水平索,精心设计钢导梁和滑道,采用先进的多点同步控制系统,保证了钢梁顶推顺利进行,顶推过程中顶推摩擦系数、顶推同步性、钢梁线形、临时墩墩顶位移均满足施工需要。 The main bridge of the Taohuayu Huanghe River Bridge on the Wuzhi-Xixia Ex- pressway is a three-span self-anchored suspension bridge with span arrangement of (160+406+ 160) m. The steel box girder of the bridge is erected by the multipoint continuous and synchro- nous incremental launching technique. The pushing distance covers 726 m with a total pushing weight of 16 109 t. Because the longest span between two supporting piers is 82 m and the dis- tance from the ground to the bottom of the steel box girder is 50 re,the incremental launching work exhibits great difficulty. Through the rational arrangement of provisional piers and horizon- tal cables together with the utilization of the well designed launching nose and slipways and the adaptation of an advanced multipoint synchronous control system, the incremental launching of the steel girder was carried out smoothly. During the incremental launching, the friction coefficient, the synchronization of the multipoint incremental launching, the geometry of the steel gird- er and the displacement at the top of the provisional piers all met the construction requirements.
