摘要
肝脏储备功能的评估是安全开展肝切除手术的基础和技术保证,是肝脏外科的核心问题之一。将微型机和光电传感技术运用于生物医学工程领域,结合脉搏染料密度分光光度法原理,设计了一种三波长肝储备功能检测仪,能有效评估肝脏储备能力。用该设备对患者进行了临床实验,实验结果显示:该检测仪信号稳定可靠,具有临床实用价值。
The assessment of liver reserve function is the foundation and technical assurance in liver resection operation safety,it is one of the core problems in hepatic surgery.The miniature machine and photoelectric sensor technology are applied in the field of biomedical engineering,combined with pulse dye density spectrophotometry method theory,a three-wave-length liver reserve function detector is designed,which can effectively evaluate the liver reserve ability.Using the device on patients in a clinical experiment,the experimental results show that the detector signal is stable and reliable,it has clinical practical value.
