摘要
利用OM、SEM、EDS、拉伸试验机、冲击试验机和Matlab软件研究了马氏体含量对高电阻率高导磁1Cr17Ni1双相不锈钢准静态和动态力学性能的影响。结果表明,固溶温度在1050℃以下时,1Cr17Ni1双相不锈钢的动态力学性能指标AKU低而准静态力学性能指标A(%)和Z(%)高;随着固溶温度的升高,1Cr17Ni1双相不锈钢组织中的马氏体含量增加,材料的准静态力学指标与动态力学指标的差异性逐渐降低;当固溶温度>1100℃时,马氏体含量降低,动态力学性能变差。动态冲击和准静态拉伸受力方式不同,组织表现出相应不同的力学性能。
Effect of martensite content on dynamic and quasi-static mechanical properties of a high magnetic permeability and high resistivity 1Cr17Ni1 duplex stainless steel were studied by OM,SEM,EDS,tensile testing machine,impact testing machine and Matlab soft ware.The results show that the impact toughness AKU as the dynamic fracture behaviour is low while the total elongation(A) and reduction in area(Z) as the quasi-static fracture behaviour are high when the solution temperature is below 1050 ℃.With the solution temperature increasing,the martensite in 1Cr17Ni1 duplex stainless steel increases and the difference of quasi-static and dynamic mechanical properties decreases.However,the martensite content decreases and the dynamic mechanical properties become poor when the solution temperature is above 1100 ℃.It is concluded that the microstructure under quasi-static and dynamic fracture behaviours exhibits different mechanical characteristics because of the different loading conditions.
