摘要
针对叶片类零件的特点及需求 ,开发了航空发动机典型零件—叶片的计算机辅助工装设计系统。分析表明 ,叶片类零件虽然形状复杂 ,但其分类明确 ,同类零件间有较大的相似性 ,可以在成组技术的基础上进行工装的修改设计 ,缩短设计周期。为提高出图效率、避免重复绘制、便于参数化设计 ,建立了用户可自行扩充的标准件和通用件库。为便于检索查询和图纸文档的统一管理 ,开发了基于
Considering the feature and requirement of blades, a computer aided technological tooling design system has been developed. Although the shape of blade is complex, its classification is clear, and there is much comparability between blade parts. Thus, it can shorten the tooling design period through modifying current design based on group technology. In order to improve the efficiency of drawing, avoid repetitious drawing, and be convenient for parametric analysis, we developed a library of standard and universal parts, which users can extend by themselves. Furthermore, a management system for drawings and documents of blades has been developed on PDM software.
