各种纯铅对铅钙锡铝板栅合金性能的影响 被引量:1

Influence of different sources of pure lead on performance of positive grid of lead-acid

摘要 通过金相实验和线性电位扫描(LSV)、交流阻抗(EIS)、循环伏安(CV)等方法研究了四种不同纯铅铸造的铅钙锡铝板栅合金的性质。确定了不同纯铅铸造的铅钙锡铝合金在性质上有较大的差异,并得出四种合金中由株冶电解铅铸造的合金有较高的析氢、析氧过电位,能抑制氢气、氧气的析出,其表面腐蚀产物PbO2和钝化膜Pb(Ⅱ)氧化物的生成量也是最少的。 Linear potential scanning method(LSV),electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),cyclic voltammetry(CV) and metallographic experiment was used to investigate the performance of the four grid alloy casting by four different pure lead.The experimental results show that alloys casting by different pure lead represent bigger difference in performance,and that in the four kinds of alloy casting by Zhuzhou smelter electrolysis pure lead have higher hydrogen overpotential and oxygen overpotential,so that it can inhibit hydrogen and oxygen gas precipitation,its surface corrosion products PbO2 and passivation film Pb(Ⅱ) oxidate is the least.
