摘要 主要采用R600a作为循环工质,以涡旋膨胀机和发电机为研究对象,搭建低温余热发电系统实验装置,通过采集实验数据来分析余热发电机组涡轮机-发电机的工作性能。研究了涡轮膨胀机的转速、压力差对余热发电机组输出功率、热机转换效率、不可逆损失的影响。对比实验结果与理论分析,证明了低温余热发电系统的可行性。 In this paper,R600a was adopted as the cycle refrigerant,with the scroll expander and generator as the study object,the low temperature waste heat power generation system experimental equipment was built.By collecting the experimental data,the heat generator turbine-generation performance was analyzed.The impact of the turbine expander speed and the pressure difference on the heat generator output power,heat conversion efficiency and irreversible loss was studied.Comparing the experimental results and through theoretical analysis,the feasibility of low temperature waste heat power generation system was proved.
