摘要
以稀土镧、铈为媒染剂,采用活性染料Novacron Blue FN-R对木棉纤维进行媒染染色,考察染色方法、媒染剂种类和用量对染色效果的影响。试验结果表明,预媒法的染色效果较同浴媒染法好,稀土镧的染色效果好于稀土铈。媒染剂稀土镧、La-柠檬酸、La-酒石酸的用量分别以1%(omf)、0.5%～0.7%(omf)、0.5%～0.7%(omf)较合适。其中,La-柠檬酸、La-酒石酸的配比以1∶1较好。
Taking rare earth lanthanum and cerium as mordants, mordanting dyeing of kapok fiber with Novacron Blue FN-R is carried out. The influences of dyeing method, type and dosage of mordants on dyeing results are discussed. It indicates that dyeing results of kapok fiber with pre-mordanting method is better than those with one bath method, and the effect with the rare earth lanthanum as mordant is better than that with cerium. The optimum dosage of rare earth lanthanum, La-citrate and La-tartrate are 1% （ omf）, 0.5 - 0.7 （omf） and 0.5 -0.7 （omf） respectively. The preferable ratio of La-citrate and La-tartrate is 1：1.
