摘要
将脂肽酶和马来酸酐-丙烯酸(MA-AA)共聚物混合使用,应用于棉织物活性染料皂洗工艺。通过考察脂肽酶用量、MA-AA用量和温度对皂洗效果的影响,并将该皂洗工艺与常规肥皂皂洗工艺、常规脂肽皂洗工艺和常规马丙共聚物皂洗工艺进行对比,结果表明,脂肽酶与马丙共聚物混合使用,可以大大减少皂洗剂和水的用量,降低环境污染,且皂洗效果优于单独使用脂肽酶或马丙共聚物,皂洗后的染色织物具有良好的干、湿摩擦牢度和皂洗牢度。
Lipopeptide and maleic anhydride-acrylicacid copolymer(MA-AA) mixture is applied to soaping process of cotton re- active dyeing. The influences of temperature and dosage of lipopeptide and MA-AA on soaping results are discussed, and the soaping processes with different soaping agents are compared. The results show that the soaping process with lipopeptide and MA-AA mixture can greatly reduce the dosage of soaping agents and water consumption, decrease the pollution and obtain better soaping results compared with those with lipopeptide and MA-AA individually. The cotton dyeings after soaping feature good color fastness to rubbing and soaping.
