摘要
急性中毒的毒物种类繁多,且大多数目前尚没有特效解毒剂,毒物的清除主要依靠患者自身代谢及通过综合治疗加速排泄。因此,如何及时有效地清除毒物是急性中毒抢救中的重要课题。血液灌流(hemoperfusion,HP)是近年来发展较快的血液净化技术,已在临床上广泛应用,效果良好,逐渐成为急性中毒抢救中主要措施之一。本文将近年来国内HP临床应用的文献进行综述。
There are kinds of toxicants of acute poisoning, and most of toxicants are eurrently no specific antidote. Remov- ing of the toxicants mainly depend on the patients＇ own metabolism and accelerating the excretion through the comprehen7 sive treatments. How to remove the toxicants timely and effectively is an important issue in the rescue of acute poisoning. Hemoperfusion （HP） is a rapidly developed blood purification technology in recent years. It has already been used in clini- cal extensively, and has good effects. Hemoperfusion gradually becomes one of the main measures in the rescue of acute poisoning, This paper reviews he literatures of the elinical applications of HP in recent years.
