摘要
目的研究引起小儿腹泻的相关因素,总结对小儿腹泻患者的护理体会。方法回顾性分析本院于2009年5月～2011年9月收治的312例腹泻患儿的资料,根据312例患儿的不同病情状况进行适当地饮食调整、用药护理、心理护理和健康教育等。结果在312例患儿中,显效56例,占17.9%;有效216例,占69.2%;无效40例(包括重症脱水死亡1例),占12.8%;总有效率(显效率+有效率)为87.2%。结论小儿腹泻病因繁杂,临床上应采取针对性的护理措施,做到对症护理及对因护理,才能达到满意的效果。
Objective To analyze the related factors of infantile diarrhea, and summary the nursing experience for the children with diarrhea. Methods Three hundred and twelve cases of patients hospitalized from May 2009 to September 2011 were retrospectivly analyzed who were made appropriate dietary adjustments, medication care, psychological care and health education based on different diseases. Results In 312 cases of patients with infantile diarrhea, 56 cases got significant effect which accounted for 17.9%, 216 cases got effective which accounted for 69.2% and 40 patients got no effect which accounted for 12.8%, the overall efficiency （significant efficiency ＋ effective rate） was 87.2%. Conclusion The causes of infantile diarrhea is very complicated, so the care measures should be taken based on different cases, achieve symptomatic nursing and causal nursing, and achieve satisfactory results.
