摘要
以科学发展观为指导,紧扣毕节试验区"开发扶贫,生态建设"发展主题,保护资源和合理开发利用相结合,发展高山杜鹃产业,构建"花卉产业、旅游、生态建设"三位一体的区域经济可持续发展模式,为我国西南山区生态现代化建设和区域经济发展提供借鉴和参考。
The great efforts to develop rhododendrons industry in Bijie pilot area,should be based on the guidance of scientific concept of development,and the combination of protecting natural resources and the rational utilization of resources,closely the developing theme of Bijie pilot area about development and poverty reduction ecological construction,in order to build the sustainable developing model about regional economic of floriculture industry,tourism industry and ecological construction of Trinity,to provide reference for ecological modernization and regional economic development of the mountains of southwest China.
