摘要
目的探讨步长脑心通胶囊和倍他乐克治疗冠心病并房颤疗效。方法将冠心病并房颤的80例患者随机分为治疗组(ZL)及对照组(DZ),治疗组在常规的基础上加用步长脑心通胶囊。结果治疗组与对照组比较,治疗后血脂水平明显下降,能明显改善患者心电图及临床症状,经比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论步长脑心通胶囊和倍他乐克联合应用可降低血脂水平,稳定易损斑块,保护血管内皮功能,减少冠脉事件的发生,改善患者相关症状,值得临床推广。
Objective To survey effectiveness of CHD and atrial fibrillation treated by the capsule of naoxintong capsule and betaloc.Methods 80 cases with coronary heart disease and atrial fibrillation were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,the treatment group take the capsule of naoxintong capsule on the basis of conventional statin drugs and betaloc.Results After treatment,Treatment group compared with the control group,the blood fat,obviously declined,and the clinicalsymptoms is significantly improved;by comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The capsule of naoxintong capsule and betaloc.can reduce lipid levels and coronary stent restenosis rates,stabilize vulnerable plaques,protect vascular endothelium,improve related symptoms.It＇s worthy of clinic application.
