With the growing trend of China's aging,The development need of Elderly real estate is increasingly significant.one hand it is lack of policy support and guidance,and on the other hand lack of suitable development mode of operation.Therefore the slow development of the elderly real estate.This will combine the sale-leaseback financing and promotional features to explore the feasibility and the specific operating of elderly real estate sale-leaseback model.
