摘要
智能交通系统中需要的关键数据为道路的占有率、车流量、行车速度等,利用仪器得到的统计数据可以用于指导道路车辆的管理。根据车辆管理部门的需要,在借鉴国内外相关技术的基础上,结合对图像硬件平台和图像处理算法的理解和分析,设计了一种基于视频图像处理技术的便携式车流量检测系统,构建了基础的系统硬件平台,给出了系统完整的解决方案,详细分析了系统软件中涉及的白天及夜间车流量检测算法。测试证明该系统能够实时地检测车流量参数,可广泛应用于智能交通系统中。
The key words in an intelligent traffic system are road share, vehicle flow, and vehicle speed and so on. The statistical data obtain by instrument may be used to guide the management of road traffic. By studying the related domestic and foreign technology, and by analyzing the hardware platform and algorithm of image processing, a vehicle flow detection system based on video technique was designed. In this paper, the basic structure of the hardware platform of the system was introduced, and the detailed design of the algorithm of the system was given. The test proved that this system is capable of detecting the parameters of the vehicle flow, and thus can be widely applied in the intelligent traffic system.
