热压工艺及板坯含水率对竹帘胶合板性能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 以梁山慈竹为研究对象,对含水率不同的板坯,采用一段式"热上-冷下"和梯度降压式"热上-热下"两种热压工艺制备竹帘胶合板,分析板坯含水率和热压工艺对板材性能的影响。结果表明:热压工艺对板面平整度有显著影响,"热上-冷下"工艺条件下板面的平整度较优;板坯含水率在10%~20%范围,对板材的吸水厚度膨胀率、弹性模量、水煮内结合强度和板面平整度有显著影响,含水率15%时板材的各项性能较佳。 Bamboo plywood was produced under different hot pressing parameters and mat moisture contents, and their properties were evaluated. The results showed that the hot pressing process, with cooling at the end of the pressing cycle, had significant influence on board surface flatness. Mat moisture content also had great effect on board thickness swelling, bending stiffness, boiled internal bonding strength, and panel flatness. The results showed that the optimal mat moisture content was around 15%.
