The Influence of Different Fillings to Powder Coating's Performance

摘要 填料对粉末涂料产品的性能有很大影响。本文主要讨论了沉淀硫酸钡、云母粉、空心玻璃微珠、纳米氧化硅这四种填料,对涂层的抗冲击性、耐水煮性、耐海水浸泡性、耐自然暴晒性的影响。 The filling has a big effeet on the performanee of powder coating product. This article mainly discusses the effect of four fillings to coatings in shock resistance, boiling resist- ance, marine corrosion resistance and natural exposure resistanee, which include precipitated barium sulphate, mica powder, hollow glass bead and nano silicon oxide.
