摘要
专业调研是高职院校专业人才培养方案制定的逻辑起点。目前专业调研工作中普遍存在的问题是:资料堆砌较多;调研目的偏重于专业需求;缺乏深入的分析和研究。高职院校必须从四个方面加强专业调研工作:建立常态化的调研机制;加强对专业调研工作的规划和保障;增强调研的目的性;不断提高专业团队的调研能力。
Specialty investigation and research is the logical starting point of the professional talent training scheme. At present, there are common problems in specialty investigation and research： redundant data, too much focus on specialty de mand, lack of in-depth analysis and research. Higher vocational colleges must strengthen specialty investigation and re search work in four aspects： establishment of normalized investigation mechanism, strengthening planning and protection of specialty research work, enhancing research ournose,continually improving the research-abilityof specialty teacher＇s team.
