摘要
资源环境与城乡规划管理专业培养口径宽,就业对口率低的状况,与专业脱胎于地理学基础学科的自身特性有关。该专业普遍采用的重新定位、分向培养的人才培养模式,有利于提高专业与职业之间的相关性,但并没有根本解决对口就业问题。进一步改进的相关策略主要有:构建开放灵活的课程选修制度,强化专业基本能力的培养,致力于良好的人文教育等。
For the Resources-environment and Urban-rural Planning Management majors, the situation of wide caliber and low contra-aperture employment rate, is related to its own characteristic that it has emerged from geography basic courses. The training mode of widely adopting repositioning and direc- tional training is beneficial to improve the relationship between profession and occupation, but it can' t resolve the problem of low contra-aperture employment rate thoroughly. Relevant strategies to improve the situation mainly includes: building an open and flexible curriculum elective system, strengthening the training of professional basic ability and dedication to good humanistic education, etc.
