摘要
建设一支高素质的"双师型"教师队伍是高职院校改革发展的重中之重。这种建设需要有相应的教师评聘机制相匹配。现有评审制度存在着过分注重论文数量而忽视教学质量以及对教师实践教学环节及职业能力的培养和要求等问题。探索和改革高职院校教师职称评审制度,建立适应高职院校发展战略的高素质、高技能"双师型"教师队伍,才能真正调动教师工作积极性,推动高职院校的可持续性发展。
The construction of a high-quality "double-conptency" teachhag staff is a top priority in higher vocational colleges' reform and development. The work needs corresponding teaching staff assessment mechanism to match. The present assessment system has paid too much emphasis on the number of papers and ignores the quality of teaching, the practical teaching and the professional competence of teaching staff. The paper focuses on the exploration and reform of title assessment in higher vocational colleges. It is necessary to establish title assessment mechanism suitable for the construction of high quality, high skill of double-conpten- cy teaching staff to arouse the enthusiasm to promote the sustainable development of higher vocational colleges
