摘要
针对异步电机参数静止测量精度受变频器控制中死区影响较大的问题,提出了一种死区自适应补偿的电机参数静止测量新方法。采用比例谐振(PR)控制器自适应补偿变频器电流的死区效应,采用PR锁相环和死区影响特征减轻交流电压波形因死区补偿产生的畸变,采用死区估算结果减少直流电压受死区非线性影响。变频器控制测量异步电机参数实验结果表明新方法得到的交流电流和电压THD分别小于传统方法 8.92%和7.65%,消除畸变的交流电压幅值和相角得到有效补偿、且幅值波动变小,直流量电压受死区非线性影响减少。提出的测量方法相对于传统方法可提高参数测量精度大于6.4%。
In order to improve the measurement precision of induction motor parameters at standstill, a novel method by adaptive compensation for deadtime effect in inverter control was proposed. Proportional resonant (PR) controller was introduced to adaptively compensate the deadtime effect of alternating cur rent. The PR phase locked loop and the feature of deadtime effect were implemented to relieve the volt age wave distortion by deadtime compensation. The estimation of deadtime effect was used to reduce the error caused by nonlinear factor. The experimental results show the proposed method reduces the harmon ics of current and voltage 8.92% and 7.65% separately by comparing with traditional method. The am plitude and phase of voltage are compensated and the fluctuation of voltage amplitude is less than uncom pensated one. It is validated that the proposed method improves the measurement precision of parameters at least 6. 4%.
