摘要
用普通小麦的不育系和保持系为材料 ,经高温处理以后 ,提取其线粒体多肽和可溶性蛋白做 SDS-PAGE分析 ,发现不育系与保持系在热激后其线粒体多肽的电泳图谱均有相互趋同的现象 .育性不稳定的 A型繁91小麦雄性不育系在热激后有明显的可育度提高现象 .育性稳定的 T型细胞质雄性不育 ( Cytoplasmic MaleSterility,CMS)品系及其保持系经短时间热激后没有明显育性变化 .由未经热激处理的对照电泳分析可见 ,A型不育系、T型 CMS品系花粉发育到单核期向双核期转变时 ,其线粒体多肽较其相应保持系明显减少 。
The male sterile lines and their corresponding maintainers of wheat were treated under higher temperature.After that the mitochondrions polypeptides and the dissolved proteins were abstracted and analyzed by SDS PAGE.It was found that the mitochondrions polypeptides of male sterile lines and corresponding maintainers all tended to the same SDS PAGE patterns as each others.The unsteady A type Fan91 male sterile line showed the significant fertility restoring after heating shock.But the steady CMS T lines and their maintainers didn't show the changing of fertility after short time's heating shock.Analyzed the natural control's SDS PAGE patterns,it was found that the mitochondrions polypeptides of CMS T,A type male sterile lines decreased significantly contrast with their corresponding maintainers.That is,the structure and function of the mitochondrions in male sterile lines' pollens had lost significantly when the pollens developed from uninuclear period to binuclear period.
