摘要
台湾岛内已就台湾加入TPP形成"国民共识",但民进党更显迫切,国民党倍感压力。加入TPP会给台湾带来巨大的出口利益,且有利于降低对大陆的贸易依赖度,但其农产品部门会首当其冲面临严重冲击,且台湾经济会遇到美牛准入、服务开放及法规衔接等问题困扰。本文最后分别以大陆准备和不准备加入TPP作为前提,就大陆如何应对台湾加入TPP的问题提出对策。
KMT and DPP of Taiwan have come to an agreement on Taiwan＇s participating in TPP negotia- tions and DPP has shown more interest in it. This attitude put a lot of pressure on KMT. Taiwan＇s participation may bring in huge export benefits and reduce its trade independence on China's Mainland. But agriculture market will face great impact, and Taiwan certainly will encounter a series of problems, such as import of American beef, service liberalization and regulation adjustment etc. Based on the analysis of political and economic influ- ence of Taiwan＇s joining the TPP , this article put forward some suggestions on China Mainland＇s Countermeas- ure basing on two assumptions （mainland will join the TPP and will not） .
