基于物联网关联压力测量的液氨管道漏压检测

摘要 针对当前的液氨输送管道阀门漏压检测系统存在滞后,实时性较差、准确性不高的问题;提出一种以物联网路为基础的液氨管道阀门漏压检测方法,该系统以无限传感网络组成物联网的底层基础,在阀门处采集细微的压力波变化信息,通过传感器网络传递到物联网信息终端,采用关联小波的软件设计方法以及信息放大的硬件技术,对细微的压力变化进行采集,保证系统的实时性、易用性;以该系统为主的液氨阀门压力泄露监测站,能够大幅降低管道泄露定位的误差,缩短定位反应时间,检测准确度提高10%左右。 In view of the current of liquid ammonia pipeline leak detection system pressure valve existing lags behind, the real time is bad, the ac- curacy is not high. Proposed to content on the basis of road network of liquid ammonia pipeline leak detection method valve pressure, the system with infinite sensor network constituents of the ground floor of network based, in place of the valve collection subtle pressure wave change information, through the sensor network transmission network information terminals to content, the association of wavelet design method of software and hardware technology amplification of the information, the subtle pressure change the collection, guarantee the system real time, accessibility. The system mainly of liquid ammonia valve pressure leak monitoring stations, can dramatically reduce pipeline leak positioning error, shorten the reaction time positioning, detection accuracy increased 10%.
