层状磷锑酸钾微波固相合成和表征

摘要 两类不同反应物使用微波固相合成法均得到层状磷锑酸钾 ,采用 XRD、IR、TGA和指标化程序对其进行了表征 ,结果表明磷锑酸钾属六方晶系 ,a=0 .71 nm,c=3 .0 8nm,层间距为 1 0 .3 nm ,晶体结构中含有结晶水 .对比研究了微波固相合成技术的机理 。 K 3Sb 3P 2O 14 was synthesized by microwave radiation with two kinds of reacting substances. The material was characterized by XRD,IR,TGA and characterization program. The compound crystallizes in the rhombohedral system with a =0.71 nm, c =3.08 nm, and has a layered structure with an interlayer spacing of 1.03 nm. The results of preliminary study on the mechanism of microwave radiation synthesis show that reacting temperature and velocity of solid-phase reaction were greatly affected by microwave radiation.
