摘要
介绍了深海装备用材料的分类和特点;着重介绍了陶瓷基复合材料,概述了纤维增韧、晶须增韧和颗粒增韧等增韧方法,以及浆料浸渗热压烧结法、混合烧结法、溶胶-凝胶法、化学气相渗透法和原位反应复合法等制备技术,并对陶瓷基复合材料的发展进行了展望。
The classifications and characteristics used in deepseal equipment materials were introuduced. The ceramic matrix composite was recommended specially. The fiber toughening, whisker toughening, particle toughening and the preparation techniques of the ceramic matrix composite were summarized. Meanwhile, the prospect of the development of the ceramic matrix composite was looked forward.
