摘要
针对某弹簧公司生产的高速铁路机车用弹簧在试运行过程中出现的失效断裂,结合弹簧生产过程,采用扫描电镜、金相检验及硬度测试等方法对失效断口进行分析。结果表明,造成弹簧失效断裂的主要原因是制扁位在磨削过程中过热快冷所致的二次马氏体;次要原因是距表面120μm裂纹源萌生处产生的氧化铝夹杂物。
Aiming at the fracture failure of spring used in highspeed railway locomotive, combining with the production process of spring coil company, the failure fracture was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy, metallographic examination and hardness testing. The results show that a second martensite appears on the fiat system for the over heating and fast cooling in grinding process, which can play a major role in the failure. As a minor reason, there is alumina inclusion on the crack initiation which is 120 μm away from the surface.
