摘要
为了防止或减轻汽轮机末级动叶片的严重水蚀 ,利用空气 水膜两相流动实验装置 ,在不同条件下对平板空心叶片上的去湿缝隙宽度与去水效率的关系进行了大量的实验研究 ,得到了缝隙宽度与去水效率的关系曲线 .实验结果表明 ,缝隙去水效率并不是简单地随着缝隙宽度的增大而增大 ,而是存在一个去水效率较低的缝隙宽度范围 .在本实验条件下 ,相应去水效率较低的缝隙宽度为 1 0~ 1 5mm .
Removal of water from steam turbine stationary blades by suction slots could prevent and/or reduce erosion of last stage rotational blades of steam turbine. Experiments are made to determine the suction slot width affecting the water removal efficiency from plate hollow stationary blades. Different conditions are considered for a gas water film (two phase flow). The results show that the water removal efficiency does not always increase simply with the slot width. A lower water removal efficiency is obtained for slot width in the range 1.0~1.5 mm.
