摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对我国度假体育企业发展现状进行研究。结果显示:调查对象对于度假体育存在多样化认知与理解;度假体育企业数量较少、分布较广、经济成分较多样;度假体育产品总体经营状况堪忧,营销推广具有创意化、专业化特征;度假体育企业经营中存在人才缺乏、服务不足、同业无序竞争等问题;度假体育企业呈集群化、连锁化、跨业经营等发展趋势。
The paper uses literature review and questionnaire to investigate the present situation of vacation sports enterprises in China. It shows that there is a diverse cognition about vacation sports. Also with the small number of enterprises as well as diversity in economic sectors, those enterprises are widely distributed in China. On the other hand, they are not doing well in general in the management of vacation sport products. The problems cover the shortage of management talents, inadequate service, and disorderly peer competitions. It develops with the tendency of cluster and chain development as well as multi management.
