摘要
蒲公英是一种药食兼用的植物,不仅含有丰富的营养价值,同时具有抗病原微生物、抗氧化活性、提高免疫功能、利胆保肝等功效。本文比较了蒲公英在同一时期不同部位的抗氧化活性的大小和在不同时期同一部位的抗氧化活性的大小,以确定蒲公英最佳的采收时期和采收部位,为全面研究蒲公英的总抗氧化活性、实现蒲公英的食用和药用价值提供依据。
The dandelion is both a food and medicine plant, not only rich in nutritional value, but also such the efficacies as resist- ance of pathogenic microorganisms, antioxidant activity, improving immunization, in favor of bile and to protect the liver. This paper compares the total antioxidant ingredients of a dandelion between in different parts of the same period and the same parts in different periods, in order to determine the best harvest period and harvest site of dandelion, which provides an important theoretical basis for a comprehensive study of the total dandelion antioxidant activity and the achievement of food and medicinal value.
