摘要
高等学校四大基本职能是人才培养、科学研究、社会服务和文化传播,其中人才培养是高等学校最基本的职能。高等学校在人才培养过程中,要正确处理好教学工作与科研工作的关系,教学工作与科研工作同等重要,二者之间的关系是教学带动科研,科研促进教学,教学、科研共同促进教师教学水平的提高,促进高等教育的快速健康发展。就高等教育过程中教学工作与科研工作的重要性及教学工作与科研工作之间的关系问题进行了探讨。
Personnel training,scientific research,social work and cultural spread are the four basic factions for colleges and universities,and the personnel training is the best basic one among them.The relationship between teaching and scientific research must be dealt with commendably in personnel training,and the teaching and scientific research are same important for colleges and universities.The correct relationship between teaching and scientific research is that teaching and scientific can promote each other,which can drive the advance of teacher＇s teaching level together and the fast development of higher education reasonably.The importance of teaching and scientific research and the relationship problems between them in higher education have been discussed in this paper.
